A 24/7 Phone Number To Reach Our Staff In An Emergency!

 
All of our vehicle purchase customers will begin receiving a card with a toll free 24/7 emergency contact number on it. Only our customers will have access to this number.

This VIC Card provides the phone number to call during non-business hours when you have an urgent issue with your vehicle and want to talk with a Manager, or wish to notify him quickly of something needing particular attention.

Our goal is to help you get back on the road as soon as possible.

HOW THIS WILL WORK FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

When you call, a live operator will ask which of our locations you normally do business with, or which one of our locations you're closest to.  Guided by your choice and circumstances, the operator will call a specific manager, or the emergency contact managers of that store.

If no one answers, an email will be sent to all emergency contact managers.  As soon as possible one of us will call you back and see how we can help.  He will use our master list to call the appropriate person from the store that can best help you.

Our Operator will have contact information for after hours towing, etc. to help you, but our purpose is not to replace emergency services or roadside assistance.

HOW TO GET THIS CARD

+  Buy a Birdnow Vehicle.  You will be given the VIC Card at the time of purchase.

+  Already own a Birdnow Vehicle?  Stop in at a Birdnow Dealership.  Talk to your Sales Professional, a Manager, or the Receptionist at the Front Desk.
