WELCOME TO OUR SERVICE AND BODY SPECIALS PAGE SERVICE * An important part of service of your vehicle is how much it costs. At the Birdnow Dealerships we strive to keep our service at the lowest possible cost based pricing. We do this for one reason, we want to show you with our service, why you should buy your vehicles from us. You’ll find our labor rates to be as much as $50.00 an hour less than nearby dealers. We also constantly monitor our competitors preventative maintenance prices to ensure that ours are the lowest. * We employ ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified technicians and all are GM and Ford/Lincoln/Mercury factory certified, most having attained the level of Master Certified. * We have the latest equipment and diagnostics available and strive to fix your vehicle right the first time and all work is guaranteed. * We don’t use the “throw parts at it until we find the problem” method that many shops do. That would violate our principle of keeping your cost as low as possible. * Free loaners are available if the vehicle being serviced was purchased from a Birdnow Dealership or the prior dealers at any of our locations.

BODY SHOPS Our Body shops are managed and staffed by factory certified technicians that have an average of 25 years experience apiece. If your vehicle is damaged, it’s important that we repair it rather than an independent shop. Not only will our work be excellent, the ability for us to later give you the most allowance if you are trading that vehicle in will be greatly improved. With our guarantees on our body repairs many times it’s unnecessary for us to deduct from your vehicles value (because of Iowa’s damage disclosure laws) if we were able to repair it after damage. We’ll also make sure that you get a fair settlement from the insurance company when settling your claim, even if they decide to total your vehicle. |
